Several failed relationships, marriage, divorce, good times, bad times and great times… Sounds like the making of the ‘’Rumours’’ album doesn’t it? Well actually, that’s pretty much my life in a nutshell since joining “Rumours of Fleetwood Mac” in 1998! We have been together as a band now for 14 years and throughout that time we have all been through so much together, not only as a band, but as true friends.
So... fast-forward to today, we find ourselves on tour again and, as with every time we get together, the excitement and passion for the music of Fleetwood Mac is still there. It amazes me how the songs still capture my imagination, and keep bringing new meaning to my life. This time around we have included a few new numbers and resurrected one or two from the archives, and as usual we argued and agonised over the set, as it is almost impossible to fit all of our favourites and the big hits into a two and a half hour show. I hope we manage to play your favourite!
The more observant of you may notice I’m rocking a rather large tummy at the moment…I’m thrilled to say my story has a happy ending and my partner & I are expecting our first baby this year – after a 30 date tour we are convinced our little Stevie/Lindsey will be born reciting the whole RFM set! Rock ‘n’ Roll eh?
