BIO:
Dutch Uncles are an indie band from Marple, a suburb of Stockport. They are known for their use of atypical time signatures within a pop context. Their influences includes several bands such as The Smiths, King Crimson, Steve Reich, XTC and Talking Heads. With the they their debut album on Tapete records in Germany with limited availability in the UK an worldwide. Subsequently in the summer of 2010 they signed to UK Independent label Memphis Industries and released the album Cadenza to critical claim in April 2011.
