Yo Gotti Annouces First Canadian Tour on Eve of New Album 'The Art Of Hustle'

With his newest studio album,The Art Of Hustle, around the corner, Memphis representative,Yo Gotti, is bringing his unique brand of "hustlenomics" to Canada for the first time. The CMG/Epic recording artist will kick off a ten-day run in Victoria, BC on May 5, 2015 that will take him cross country before wrapping in Windsor on May 15. He will be joined by newcomer, Wave Chapelle, who is signed to Gotti's CMG imprint. (See full dates below).

Still riding the success of his last album, 2013's I Am, Yo Gotti delivered "Errrbody," the first song from "The Art Of Hustle" in early 2014. The song would go on to become the biggest hit of his career, bringing the regional superstar to the global stage in a major way. The success of the single also landed Gotti a role on the Drake vs. Lil' Wayne tour. While touring the country, promoting his CMG imprint with the release of the mixtape, Chapter One, and managing his Memphis restaurant Prive, Yo Gotti still found time to record The Art Of Hustle. In fact, Gotti recently revealed to AllHipHop.com that the album is being delayed by his attempt to narrow down which songs will make the cut. That didn't stop him from offering fans the surprise mixtape Concealed, this past January.

Known as much for his business acumen as his skills on the mic, Yo Gotti aims to offer the same type of guidelines through The Art Of Hustle as Sun Tzu's The Art Of War. "I think there are rules, strategies and laws to being a successful hustler," he explains in a recent Noisey.com interview. "If it was so simple, everybody would be great at doing it. Everybody would be financially successful, that's not true. 50 to 60 percent of entertainers you see today don't have money, he adds. It's ultimately the Art Of Hustle."
