THE X FACTOR winner Tate Stevens has officially signed a a record deal with Syco Music/RCA Records Nashville, it was announced today.
Stevens is currently writing and recording his debut album set to be released this spring.
The 37-year-old country singer from Missouri had been employed as a road worker prior to auditioning for THE X FACTOR. Mentored by judge L.A. Reid, Stevens emerged as America's choice and the winner of the coveted THE X FACTOR title, along with a $5 million recording contract.
THE X FACTOR was created by Syco Television and is produced by Syco Television and FremantleMedia North America. Rob Wade and Nigel Hall are executive producers for Syco Television.
