The winner will be announced at the NCBS Bluegrass On Broadway Festival that will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2013. This is due to Wendy's stunning performance on her recently released debut CD "Open Wings" produced by Grammy winning Bluegrass icon Laurie Lewis.
