Today, Octave Minds (aka Chilly Gonzales + Boys Noize) together with Kaiser Quartett, reveal the filmed footage from their September 3rd's first ever live performance. Pitchfork premiered the performance footage HERE, shot in front of 200 guests at Berlin's Teufelsberg, the abandoned Cold War spy station.
Last year, the duo released their self-titled debut album, which you can stream here via Dazed. In 2010, Chilly Gonzales and Boys Noize worked together for the first time on Chilly Gonzales' Ivory Tower album, and this live show includes some of those album tracks as well.
The prestigious show-director Brendan Shelper and light artist Chris Moylan staged the secret Zeitgeist Symbiosis show at Berlin's Teufelsberg at the risk of a police shut down! The other risk was the weather - the rainstorm caused soaked $50,000 worth of equipment, but it was worth it!
