Warner Bros. Records (WBR) today announced two changes in its Brand Partnerships & Creative Synch Licensing team: Liz Lewis has moved to the role of Vice President, Creative Synch Licensing for Advertising, and Lila Gerson has been promoted to Vice President, Brand Partnerships. Lewis previously served as Vice President, Video Marketing and Promotion, while Gerson was Senior Director, Brand Partnerships. Both will continue to report to Lori Feldman, Executive Vice President, Brand Partnerships and Creative Synch Licensing.

"I've had the pleasure of working alongside the very talented Liz Lewis for many years, and I'm confident that her history with Warner Bros. Records will provide an incomparable foundation for overseeing synch licensing for advertising," said Lori Feldman. "Since joining WBR in 2013, Lila Gerson has time and again demonstrated her ability to develop innovative ideas and present a unique outlook on what a campaign can be. Both Liz and Lila are integral to the continued success of our legendary label. They consistently exceed the expectations of our artists and brand partners, and I look forward to the fresh ideas they'll bring to their new roles."

In her new role, Lewis will serve as WBR's liaison to the advertising agency community, focusing on the integration of front-line artists' music, as well as working with the artists, agencies and A&R teams to create custom music for specific opportunities. A 15-year veteran of WBR, Lewis has been instrumental in breaking artists such as Regina Spektor, Tegan & Sara, My Chemical Romance and, most recently, Echosmith. Having joined the video promotion department 13 years ago-and overseeing it for seven years-she has seen both Green Day and Linkin Park through three VMA performances each, among many career highlights. Lewis started out as a college rep and intern at WBR before joining the radio promotion department at Reprise records, eventually moving into video promotion for WBR and Reprise.

Gerson joined WBR in 2013 and has since become a key player in forging brand partnerships and creating brand-supported online, TV and event campaigns for many of the artists on the label's roster. Gerson has developed artist partnerships with blue chip brands including Pepsi, Lays, LG, Samsung, GAP, Mazda and Macy's, among others. She has also aligned artists with nonprofit partners such as the USO; secured video product placement deals with many brands including Chrysler, Q&Q Watches, Vita Coco and Ciroc; and worked on event programs with Pizza Hut, Heineken, the USOC, MLS and more. Before joining WBR, Gerson held the role of Executive Director of Business Development & Strategy at Billboard.
