"At Your Service," the newest Waffle House Records release, debuts on jukeboxes in all Waffle House restaurants today. The song, penned and performed by Atlanta artist Jason Phelps, pays tribute to the men and women who have sacrificed so much to protect our country.
"It's thanks to our veterans that we have the freedoms we celebrate today," says Phelps, who has produced eight additional Waffle House songs. "They are an inspiration to me, and I think that comes through in the song."
"At Your Service" features testimonials from members of the Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA). Waffle House and the PVA are in the middle of a fund raising campaign to support these veterans. Until November 30, anyone who visits pva.org/wafflehouse and makes a donation will receive a coupon for a free waffle.
"We are proud to support the good work of the PVA through this campaign and this song," says Shelby White, President of Waffle House Records and head of strategic partnerships for Waffle House. "This is just a small way we can say 'Thanks' to our veterans and give them the respect and support they deserve."
You can hear "At Your Service" at any of the 1,850 Waffle House restaurants in 25 states.
