WYNONNA & THE BIG NOISE Announces 'A Simpler Christmas Tour Dates

WYNONNA supplements the Martha Stewart-type qualities of the season, such as crafting homemade gift wrap, perfect bows, knitting tailored holiday sweaters and painting ornaments to adorn flawlessly manicured Christmas trees, with her one-of-a-kind powerhouse voice to interject peace, joy and the spirit of the holiday season.

Wynonna--along with her band, The Big Noise--will bring A Simpler Christmas to audiences for the second year in a row as she performs some of her holiday favorites as well as her greatest hits. Finely etched musical arrangements by her band will put WYNONNA's voice front and center for what promises to be a truly memorable evening of music and holiday magic.

"Every year I look forward to our Christmas tour," says WYNONNA, "It's so easy to get caught up in the perfectionism and the expectations that this time of the year often brings. As a five-time Grammy winner and New York Times bestselling author, Wynonna's career has always revolved around telling stories. Whether she's using her rich, commanding voice to sing one of her countless hits or sitting down for one of her many bold, honest television appearances, Wynonna always gets her point across with unflinching honesty and wisdom gained over the course of her very public life.

WYNONNA is working with husband/producer/drummer Cactus Moser on solo material for her 8th studio album due out 2015 on Curb Records. The couple also recently released "Follow Me," an original song exclusively for the film "The Hornet's Nest" which features unprecedented real footage to tell the story of an elite group of U.S. troops sent on a dangerous mission deep inside one of Afghanistan's most hostile valleys.
