"Flicker's" release will mark the third One Direction member to put out a solo album. Horan follows in the footsteps of Zayn Malik and Harry Styles. Malik put out "Mind of Mine" in March 2016, while Styles released his self-titled record in May of this year.
"Flicker" will feature Horan's hit songs "This Town" and "Slow Hands."
