The pair are serving as judges this season, alongside John Legend and Blake Shelton.
Ariana Grande and Kelly Clarkson kicked off season 21 of The Voice last night with a performance of "Respect" by Aretha Franklin.
The powerhouse duo was joined by fellow coaches John Legend and Blake Shelton for the season's first coach mashup performance, in which Legend and Shelton performed their rendition of Sam & Dave's "Hold On, I'm Coming".
This is Grande's first season as a coach on the judge, joining veterans Clarkson, Legend, and Shelton on the hit NBC singing competition. Shelton has been a coach since the first season, with Clarkson joining in season 14 and Legend joining in season 15.
