Entertainment Tonight has obtained a behind-the-scenes look at Faith Hill's newest music video for "American Heart" - check it out below!

"American Heart" is Hill's first new video in five years, and is set to premiere at FaithHill.com on Nov. 8 at 9:00 PM EST.
