The non-profit raised over $5,000 from individual donors and with the help of corporate sponsors D'Addario Ltd UK, Alfred Music and Octopus Ukulele, all while coordinating the donation and delivery of over 150 ukuleles and other musical instruments. In addition, the documentary features music contributions from well-known musical acts including Asgeir, the Accidentals, and ukulele star Ben Rouse.

"The purpose of this documentary to encourage people to volunteer and impart their skills. If families watching are inspired to adopt a child that would be a secondary benefit. We are raising funds to continue donating instruments and giving music lessons, plus achieve our goal of installing computers to enable a 21 st century standard of education," said Quinn Boylan, founder of Ukuleles for Ukraine.

Elaine Smith, Marketing Manager at D'Addario UK Ltd., said: "D'Addario was happy to contribute to this worthy cause. Being able to help provide equipment and lessons to these children is such a privilege."
