UUC Long Beach's Music & Art Concert Series to Continue with The Ultimate Bearhug, 2/28

The universal theme for the 2013/2014 Music & Arts Concert Series is "Authentically Eclectic" presenting diverse and truly exciting performances by three artists and groups bringing their outstanding talents to our Long Beach community. After an exhilarating Season Grand Opening by renowned countertenor Brian Asawa back in October, we now look forward to another stellar (and extremely contrasting) performance.

In February of 2014, we will present The Ultimate Bearhug - nominated for Best Folk, Best Album, and Best Song for "Foolish Things" in the OC Music Awards. This Los Angeles folk pop duo consists of Doll Knight and Barrett Johnson who effortlessly bridge the gap between timeless Folk and Indie Pop.
