iTunes has become the most comprehensive, streamlined way to purchase music, and BWW Music has rounded up the most popular tracks and albums on the digital marketplace for the week ending August 24, 2014.
Taylor Swift's SHAKE IT OFF took the top song spot on iTunes, followed by Maroon 5's ANIMALS at No. 2 and Meghan Trainor's ALL ABOUT THAT BASS at No. 3.
In albums, the oldies hodgepodge soundtrack, GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY: AWESOME MIX VOL. 1 from the Guardians of the Galaxy film holds the top album spot for the fourth week in a row, with Taylor Swift's 1989 at No. 2 and BLACC HOLLYWOOD (DELUXE VERSION) by Wiz Khalifa at No. 3.
