Top Tracks & Albums: Robin Thicke Back on Top, Katy Perry's ROAR Wanes, Week Ending 8/25

iTunes has become the most comprehensive, streamlined way to purchase music, and BWW Music has rounded up the most popular tracks and albums on the digital marketplace for the week ending August 25.
Robin Thicke's BLURRED LINES was back on top of the iTunes singles chart this week, while Katy Perry's ROAR fell to number 27. Last week, ROAR it was the top-selling song, blowing away Lady Gaga's APPLAUSE, which managed to hold on to the fifth spot this week.
John Mayer's PARADISE VALLEY debuted at the top of the albums chart, with Luke Bryan's CRASH MY PARTY taking the second spot, and the soundtrack to Disney's TEEN BEACH MOVIE rounding out the top three.
