Introducing the One Family Music Festival featuring Boston's nationally-known family music artists, including:

Alastair Moock & Friends (of Cambridge)
Ben Rudnick & Friends (of Arlington)
Karen K & the Jitterbugs (of Boston)
Josh & the Jamtones (of Wellesley)
Stacey Peasley Band (of Natick)
Vanessa Trien & the Jumping Monkeys (of Brookline)
And special guest nationally acclaimed Mista Cookie Jar & the Chocolate Chips (Los Angeles, CA)

Local artists representing the many neighborhoods and cultures of Boston will also be performing, along with student groups from Berklee College of Music. They will be performing on Mother's Day, today, May 12th from 12-5 pm at the Exchange Conference Center, 212 Northern Ave in Boston.

They will be putting on this show in order to raise donations for the One Fund and give families in Boston and the surrounding communities a way to pay tribute to the victims and first responders of the Marathon tragedy. With music, art, food and community, the One Family Music Festival is a chance for parents and the Greater-Boston community to reclaim the city for its children. Admission is free, and all donations will go to the One Fund (https://secure.onefundboston.org/page/contribute/default).

Catching Joy, a youth program combining community service and art, will be helping the kids make cards for first responders. Kidcasso Art Studio will also be conducting an art project with kids as a gift to moms to commemorate Mother's Day, while moms will be treated to the "Moms Time Out" room for some relaxed pampering.

Food, drink and other gifts will be provided thanks to generous donations from vendors and businesses throughout Greater Boston.
