Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers Tribute Band to Play Aurora's RiverEdge Park, 8/23

Full Moon Fever is the best Tom Petty tribute band there is, and they're coming to Aurora's RiverEdge Park, the new and improved home for the city's long popular Downtown Alive! summer concert series, Friday, August 23 at 8 p.m.

Full Moon Fever brings to life an energetic and ultra-realistic performance of the legendary rock band. With bang-on sound and the same raw energy you experience at a live Petty concert, these guys rock! They've packed concerts across the U.S. and Canada with all the coolest Petty hits like American Girl, Refugee, Don't Do Me Like That, Free Fallin', I Won't Back Down, Stop Draggin' My Heart Around and more.

Diehard fans will still be High in the Morning from the killer time they had at this show. Don't miss the classic sounds of Petty's Rickenbacker guitar, those pitch-perfect harmonies, the straightforward rock and undeniable raw energy that have come to define the live show of the Rock-and-Roll Hall of Famers.

RiverEdge Park is located at 360 North Broadway in downtown Aurora. Gates open at
7 p.m. All tickets are $5, general admission. Children 12 and under are free with an accompanying ticketed adult.
