Just in time for the first day of their fall tour, Minnesota's Tiny Moving Parts have released a new video for the track "Common Cold", which features guest vocals and a guest appearance by Foxing vocalist Conor Murphy. BrooklynVegan premiered the Kyle Thrash directed clip today alongside an interview with guitarist/vocalist Dylan Mattheisen. "Common Cold" is from Tiny Moving Part's most recent album Celebrate, out now via Triple Crown Records and currently on-sale via Bandcamp for $5 for a limited time.

As previously mentioned, Tiny Moving Parts begin their fall tour today with Touche Amore and Culture Abuse. Additionally they will play several headlining dates later in the fall that include support from Microwave, Movements, My Iron Lung, and A Will Away (all tour dates below). Tickets for all headlining dates are now on-sale at http://tinymovingparts.com.

Celebrate won praise from a wide variety of outlets including NPR, Noisey, Alternative Press, the AV Club and many others. Tiny Moving Parts was also nominated for the "Best Underground Band" category at the 2016 APMAs.

For Celebrate, the band headed back into the studio with Greg Lindholm who recordedThis Couch Is Long & Full of Friendship, and the result is a record that is complex, dynamic and shows a band all grown up. "Celebrate is really about optimism. Things get stressful throughout life, and you just need to stay positive or you'll destroy yourself," explains guitarist/vocalist Dylan Mattheisen. The album was mixed by Vince Ratti (Circa Survive, The Wonder Years, Title Fight) and mastered by Sarah Register (Andrew WK, Brand New, Sia).

Mattheisen has played in Tiny Moving Parts with his cousins, brothers Matthew Chevalier and Billy Chevalier since junior high school, and their tight, mathy post hardcore-pop punk combination shows their skills in spades. Their live show is frenetic, and their musical prowess is impressive - the complexity of their songs makes it difficult to believe there are only three of them onstage. The band first drew attention with the release of their debut LPThis Couch Is Long & Full of Friendship in 2013 on Kind of Like Records, eventually signing to Triple Crown Records in 2014, who released their second LP Pleasant Livinglater that year.
