Off the back of releasing his latest single 'Money Maker', featuring Lunchmoney Lewis and Aston Merrygold, Throttle, has positioned himself as an artist to watch. The funk-infused track premiered on Adele Roberts' early morning show on BBC Radio 1 and has since garnered support from Clara Amfo, Alice Levine and Danny Howard. Dutch DJ, Oliver Heldens also played the single during his Radio 1 residency. Away from the airwaves, 'Money Maker' has received over 63,000 Shazams and amassed almost half a million Spotify Streams.
The main event of Throttle's series of live ADE appearances is his Live Showcase. The intimate, invite-only event will take place at The Cristofori Concert Hall on Thursday 20th October. The showcase will allow Throttle to step away from the decks and perform his tracks with his live band. JLS' Aston Merrygold and a string of special guests will join Throttle on stage, as he presents himself as a performer instead of just a DJ.
Ahead of his live showcase, Throttle kicks off his ADE at Spinnin' Sessions. Then the Australian producer will join the 'It's a Generation Thing' panel. A trans-generational discussion of producers, Throttle will join Oliver Heldens & Chocolate Puma in discussing several topics that affect the music industry today. Throttle's appearance at Lost Frequencies & Friends rounds off his time in Amsterdam. Hosted by Armada Music, Throttle will support the Belgian DJ with The Magician, Calvo and Hugel to name a few.
