Acclaimed UK band The Struts will open the first leg of Foo Fighters' national tour, playing arena shows throughout the mid-Atlantic and Southeast. The tour will kick off with the inaugural show at Washington, D.C.'s brand new venue, The Anthem, of which Dave Grohl has said, "The new place is set to become the number one venue in America, I s you not." See further details below.

Additionally, a new single from The Struts will premiere July 14. Listen to a teaser here:http://smarturl.it/ONOteaser.
The band's debut album Everybody Wants was released in 2016 to critical acclaim: Rolling Stone featured the band as an "Artist to Watch," hailing "The Struts are a proudly retro crew with a frontman who won't be denied arena-size glory," NPR furthers, "The Struts want to make rock fun again," while GQ hails they're "reviving the glam rock lifestyle but also imbuing it with some downright mature 21st century sensibilities." The Struts have been touring nonstop since forming including worldwide headlining shows, prestigious festival plays and support slots for The Rolling Stones, The Who, Guns N' Roses, Mötley Crüe and The Killers.
Everybody Wants followed the band's 2015 EP Have You Heard, which featured the hit song "Could Have Been Me." The song cracked the Top 5 at Modern Rock radio and hit #1 on Spotify's viral chart. The band have also performed on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!," "Late Night with Seth Meyers" and "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert."
The Struts, who formed in Derby, England in 2012, are Luke Spiller (lead vocals), Adam Slack (guitar), Jed Elliott (bass) and Gethin Davies (drums).
