Mutlu will make his headlining debut is the Murray Theatre at Ruth Eckerd Hall on Thursday, September 14 at 7:30 pm. Tickets go on sale Saturday, July 8 at 10 am. GRAMMY Museum's Music Revolution Project alumni, Ella Jet, will open the show.

Soulful singer-songwriter Mutlu has collaborated and toured extensively with legendary duo Daryl Hall & John Oates and holds the distinction of having made the most guest appearances on Daryl Hall's acclaimed, award-winning TV/Internet show Live From Daryl's House. Mutlu gained considerable attention for his work (backup vocals) with noted singer-songwriter Amos Lee, who he opened for in March at the Palladium Theatre. He was also the support act for the North American leg of Joe Jackson's acclaimed Rain tour and has shared stages with the likes of Adele, John Hiatt, the Blind Boys of Alabama, Todd Rundgren, Shuggie Otis and many more.

Growing up with Philadelphia's deep R&B traditions, he eagerly absorbed the fundamentals of old-school soul music and incorporated it into his own musical persona. His local success led to a recording deal, which released his acclaimed 2008 debut album Livin' It, featuring guest appearances by Daryl Hall, Amos Lee, G. Love and Raheem DeVaughn. His latest release is the Caffeine & Whiskey EP.

Singer-songwriter Ella Jet was selected into the prestigious GRAMMY Museum's Music Revolution Project in 2014 and since, she's opened for We The Kings, Vonda Shepard, Emily Kinney, In The Valley Below, The Prettiots and Lovedrug. She's also played support at Ruth Eckerd Hall for Matchbox Twenty's Rob Thomas and her musical hero Bob Dylan.

Her debut album Black Wave Diary will be released soon and features self-revelatory songs Sweet as Sanity, Wrong and Sunflower. The songs reflect heavy lyrical subject matter like teenage pain, addiction, abandonment and family dysfunction with funky soulful grooves underneath.

Tickets purchased in advance are priced $20 and will be available at the Ruth Eckerd Hall Ticket Office, by calling 727.791.7400 or visiting www.RuthEckerdHall.com. Pre-show dining is also available. The Ruth Eckerd Hall Ticket Office is open Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm and one hour prior to show time. Tickets purchased day of show will be priced $25.
