The Movement Adds New Summer GOLDEN Hearts Tour Dates

Responding to the success of their new album GOLDEN, The Movement added shows to their "GOLDEN Hearts Tour." Added dates range from June 28 - July 17 with stops in Philadelphia, Nantucket, Washington, D.C. and other notable markets along the east coast.

GOLDEN recently debuted at #1 on the Billboard Reggae Chart. This is the trio's sixth studio album and the first release on Rootfire Cooperative, a label services program that provides interest free loans for the production and marketing of recorded music.

"GOLDEN is a monument of modern reggae and showcases the prowess and potential of the ensemble... [They] created a soundscape of effortless rhythms in the backdrop as Swain pours his heart out with so much honesty and inspiration," raved Top Shelf Reggae.

Core trio Joshua Swain (guitar, lead vocals), Jason "Smiles" Schmidt (bass, moog, vocals), Gary Jackson (drums) are joined by new touring members Matt Goodwin (keys, horns) and Ross Bogan (keys) to create a fuller sound and energy. According to Swain,"Our live show takes the recorded material and brings it to life in a way that shows the heart, soul, and energy behind the music.
