The Maine release music video for third single "How Do You Feel?" off 2017's Lovely Little Lonely. Watch Here: https://youtu.be/tku0H7YeMeA

A little over five months since the release of album Lovely Little Lonely, The Maine transforms track "How Do You Feel?" into their third single off the record by way of music video. The video became available exclusively to the band's trackers on the Bandsintown app for 24 hours ahead of its release on VEVO. bandsintown.com/themaine

When describing the meaning behind track "How Do You Feel?", singer John O'Callaghan says, "they ask you what you want, and tell you what you need. Tell you what you're missing out on or how you can be better. Sell you smiles and sunshine or steal your sadness with a pill. But before you listen to anything else they say, answer me this, how do you feel?"

Directed by Tucker Audie, the video itself uses a simple contrasting color scheme and focuses on the post production aesthetic. It features the band performing the song in a studio space framing cuts to create a retro vibe. "This video was inspired by both The Beatles on Ed Sullivan and The Animals video for House Of The Rising Son. Simplicity and aesthetic in mind, but really placing the focus on the track. The weirdo 8mm vibe and trippy edits were all an homage to the early psych movement, and for me helped make the performance aspect of the video more interesting visually," O'Callaghan states.

The Maine embarks on a US headlining run - The Modern Nostalgia Tour - this fall where they will play two fan favorite albums; Lovely Little Lonely and American Candy in their entirety. Tickets for the tour are now on sale.
