Music In Common and The Rev Tor Band have teamed up to bring you a live performance of The Band's classic 1978 concert film, "The Last Waltz". The show features renditions of all the hits by The Band featured in the film, such as "The Weight", "Up On Cripple Creek", and "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down" as well as songs by Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Eric Clapton and many more. A diverse array of local, regional, and national artists perform the songs of the film's original special guests, making this show a unique all-star experience showcasing the finest talent from the local music scene. All profits from this concert benefit Music in Common, a non-profit organization whose mission is to strengthen, empower, and educate communities through the universal language of music. Last year's artists for this show included Christine Ohlman of the SNL Band, members of Max Creek, members Of Flipper Dave, Scott Allshouse, Berkshire Mountain Rambler, Brett Connors, Janine Cote, Dennis Fancher, Amy Fazzano Goodusky, Scott Guberman, Jeff Howard, Jen Mccormick Jensen, Carrie Johnson, Last Fair Deal, Todd Mack, John Mayock, Mark Mercier, Glen Nelson, Mark Paradis, John Rider, Mike Sherman, Brandt Taylor, Heather Wilcox, and Matt Zeiner.
