Reno River Festival, held by the Truckee River, focuses on just that - a river that flows clean and clear for all to use, because "caring for the Truckee River is linked to the health and well-being of the entire region". This unique festival full of yoga, wine and beer, whitewater rafting, and a concert on bikes is the perfect audience for Brewer's Grade.
As natives of the Pacific Northwest, Brewer's Grade Band is passionate about all things outdoors. Whether it's bicycling mountainsides, hiking to the tallest waterfalls, simply taking in nature, or diving into the local culture, they enjoy it all. Performing at a festival that promotes well-being amongst nature was a clear choice to them all.
All five members of Brewer's Grade Band bring their own touch that is represented through the group's music. Zac Grooms, lead singer, has been songwriting since his teenage years. His song "If I Had My Way" soared to the #1 spot on the independent charts. Their drummer, Cody Christopherson, has a diverse musical taste that adds the uniqueness to Brewer's Grade Band. The band's lead guitarist, Al Hare, is one of the West Coast's most sought after guitar players. Nolan Hare, bass guitarist and vocalist, brings talent and personality to the group from years of experience as an on-air personality and event promoter. Joe Smart, Grammy award winning multi-instrumentalist and producer, brings his wide range of influences to the table to help establish their genre.
Brewer's Grade Band is set to headline on Sunday, May 13th alongside performances by Nate Botsford, Hit Parade, and Keyser Soze beforehand. Their genre-bending sound is guaranteed to appeal to all.
