KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic, will feature an interview with The Black Madonna on Tuesday, October 24, at 11:00 a.m., and a live on-air performance from Moon Boots on Friday, October 27, at 11:15 a.m., in advance of their appearances at KCRW's Masquerade Ball on Saturday, October 28.

Dubbed LA's best Halloween dance party, KCRW's Masquerade Ball returns to the stunningly beautiful MacArthur (formerly the Park Plaza). The event is truly a feast for the senses featuring world-renowned DJs, performance artists, high-flying luchadores and other-worldly creatures, as well as a bevy of buzzy food trucks like Border Grill, LocoL, Peaches BBQ, Mandoline and more. The night's musical line-up also includes Matthew Dear, Tensnake, Gemini Rising, Yolanda Be Cool and KCRW DJs. The Black Madonna (aka Marea Stamper) is a dance music veteran who built her career in Chicago's renowned house music scene. She is now one of the most in demand DJs in the world and she and Jason Bentley will discuss her incredible career trajectory, her current residency on Metropolis, as well as her appearance at KCRW's Masquerade Ball.
Moon Boots

Moon Boots has developed a cult following for his super catchy, disco-infused dance music. The Brooklyn-born artist (birth name: Pete Dougherty) is part of the beloved Anjunadeep crew. He stops by the KCRW studio for a special live performance
Morning Becomes Eclectic, hosted by KCRW Music Director Jason Bentley, is the station's signature daily music program (9:00 AM - Noon) featuring new releases from emerging and established artists, underappreciated gems, live performances and interviews.
