The 5th Dimension will headline at SCERA Shell Outdoor Theatre tonight July 22 at 8:00 p.m..

Out of the kaleidoscope of sounds that defined the '60s, The 5th Dimension stood out when it came to a blend of pop, soul and jazz. The Grammy-winning group produced hit after hit in the era of love-or the "Age of Aquarius," as they liked to call it-with such hits as their signature "Up, Up and, Away," "Wedding Bell Blues" "One Less Bell to Answer" and "I Didn't Get to Sleep at All."

The multi Grammy Award winners have found new and appreciative audiences on the nostalgia circuit and have added the SCERA Shell Outdoor Theatre to its 2013 touring schedule.

General admission tickets are $14 for adults and $12 for children (age 3-11), seniors (age 65+) and students (w/ID) and are available by calling (801) 225-ARTS, online at www.scera.org or at the main office at the SCERA Center for the Arts (745 S. State Street, Orem). Reserved tickets range from $16 to $20 for adults and $14 to $18 for children, seniors and students.

"What you get is soulful sophistication and smooth harmonies," says Adam J. Robertson, SCERA's President & CEO. "Add a touch of class, and you've got an act that defined a hip new dimension with their sunshine sound. New audiences will find the music infectious and baby boomers should rekindle great memories."

LaRue came back to headline with The 5th Dimension in 2009, and they continue to impress with PBS Specials, symphony performances, headlining in Las Vegas and Atlantic City, four White House appearances, and a State Department tour to Western Europe.
