Test Drive the Hershey Community Chorus This Month

That's right! You can take a free, no obligation test drive of the Hershey Community Chorus! On Monday, August 24, we will sing through our entire Christmas Concert repertoire and tell you everything you might want to know about the chorus. If we're the ensemble for you, register for the upcoming season right after the rehearsal. Thinking we're not a good fit? No problem - again, the evening is a no-obligation test drive.

So what is planned? Brass! Entitled The Majesty of Christmas, the concerts feature St. Paul's Brass with organ and percussion. Pinkham's Christmas Cantata, the Gloria of Randoll Bass and a stunning setting of Veni Emmanuel by Roland Martin plus O Come All Ye Faithful, Joy to the World , The Boar's Head Carol, and Chanticleer's Carol create the majesty. Add a few lighter Holiday songs and the concert is complete.

Rehearsals are Monday evenings 7 - 9:15 PM, at the Hershey Free Church, 330 Hilltop Road, Hummelstown. Dress rehearsal is Tuesday, December 1st, at the First United Methodist Church of Hershey. Concerts are Friday, December 4th, 7:00 PM, at First United Methodist Church of Hershey and Sunday, December 6th, 4:00 PM, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Hummelstown.

Test drive is Monday, August 24th, 7 - 9:15 PM, at the Hershey Free Church with registrations taken after rehearsal or before rehearsal on Monday, August 31.
