Ten Fé Unveil New Song COASTING From Upcoming New Album Image

Ten Fé will release their incredible sophomore record Future Perfect, Present Tense on March 8th via Some Kinda Love/PIAS, and today they share another track from the album "Coasting." The band say the song is a "celebration of new love." They explain: "it's a simple statement - 'when I'm with you, I don't need anything or anyone else. This feels easy, it feels like a fresh start: I'm coasting'. Musically we kept it really simple too to reflect the sentiment. We wanted it to feel rootsy like The E Street Band and CCR and also channel a Britpop directness." Listen to the song HERE and check out the article in The Line of Best Fit HERE, who say "the hypnotising 'Coasting' has the frank songwriting voice of Young and Springsteen, and the lofty instrumentation of Deerhunter and War On Drugs."

Ten Fé announced their brand new album Future Perfect, Present Tense, due for release on Some Kinda Love/PIAS on March 8th. Finding a sweet spot somewhere between the woozy drawl of War on Drugs and the taut melodrama of Fleetwood Mac, new album Future Perfect, Present Tense will follow on from the band's debut Hit The Light which came out in early 2017 and received widespread acclaim. This album was produced by Luke Smith (Foals, Petite Noir, Anna of the North), and mixed by Craig Silvey (Arcade Fire, Florence & The Machine, Amen Dunes).

The band have just announced their biggest-yet tour of the UK, Europe & US in Spring 2019 to promote Future Perfect, Present Tense.
