Taylor Swift keeps on giving to her fans. The songwriter dropped "Gorgeous" off her new album "Reputation" on October 20.
The track opens up with a kid squeaking "gorgeous" before diving into the electronic beat. It follows the same direction as her last two song releases "Look What You Made Me Do" and "Ready For It."
The song was produced by Max Martin and Shellback. In the track, Swift sings about becoming infatuated with shyness while showing interest to a guy at a social event. "You should take it as a compliment that I got drunk and made fun of the way you talk," she sings in the opening verse. The singer has no problems about being open and honest about her relationships at all.
"You're so gorgeous/ I can't say anything to your face/ 'Cause look at your face/ And I'm so furious/ At you for making me feel this way/ But what can I say?/ You're gorgeous."
Fans are speculating that the song is about her current boyfriend, actor Joe Alwyn and past lovers Calvin Harris and Tom Hiddleston.
