Et Cultura Festival returns to St. Petersburg for another five-day immersive experience, celebrating music, film and art. The festival is now announcing the addition of hip hop great Talib Kweli, joining the lineup of heavy hitters like Slowdive, Cloud Nothings, Waxahatchee, Son Volt, The Budos Band , Ought and Florida's own folk-rockers Have Gun, Will Travel. Et Cultura St. Pete will also be hosting plenty of panels, including the recently added Live Well panel, featuring some of the best speakers on plant-based diets coming together for a one-night event. Covering every possible music genre, bands will be performing in some of St. Pete's most historic music venues from November 15-19. Festivalgoers will also get to experience local art and films, in addition to St. Pete's local attractions, like the
Salvador Dali Museum. Et Cultura St. Pete strives to unite artists, philosophers and innovators through these artistic mediums. The hope is that through art, new conversations will spark creativity and growth in the community.

EtC StP Interactive has partnered with the
Open Partnership Education Network (OPEN)to design a series of Themed interactive experiences that bring next level thought leaders and nationally recognized speakers to the festival around the themes of
LIVE WELL,
FUTURE CITY,
SEEDS,
RAD SCHOOLS. These Themed events are the launching point for year around OPEN events and discussions in St. Petersburg that will engage, entertain, spur discussion and create an opportunity for fresh ideas, collaboration and action.
EtC StP MUSIC rings out from several of St Pete's Musical Landmarks including Jannus Live,
The State Theatre and bars/music venues throughout downtown and up Central Ave with a combination of national, regional and local music touching almost every music genre over the 5 day event!
EtC StP FILM is a chance to discover new people, places and ideas brought to life by the imagination and dedication of the independent filmmakers. Programmed with growing global obsession with short films and documentaries in mind, our festival is designed to take you on a journey while creating an inclusive environment where filmmakers and audiences can come together during post film discussions and Q&A sessions.
EtC StP ART pop ups of varying mediums including
Projections Mapping, Photography, Graphic Arts and more are curated by St. Petersburg Arts and Culture businesses and feature not only local artists, but artists from across the country. The
Pop Up Makers Market anchors the weekend events and showcases the local, regional and even national makers selling handmade, vintage and curated wares.
