TSO POPS presents AS HEARD ON TV with Special Guest Nicole Parker and TSO Principal Pops Conductor Steven Reineke on April 14 & 15, 2015 at Roy Thomson Hall.

I'm so glad we had this time together, just to have a laugh, or sing a song...

Take a stroll down memory lane with TSO Principal Pops Conductor Steven Reineke, and special guest singer/comedian Nicole Parker from MADtv and Broadway's Wicked, in this fun-filled, nostalgic Pops programme, AS HEARD ON TV.

From the early days of The Judy Garland Show to The Beatles' first appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show; from Bewitched to Downton Abbey, from Monty Python's Flying Circus to Game of Thrones, and from Friends to Smash, AS HEARD ON TV spans decades of unforgettable TV music.

Happy memories were often made around the television and AS HEARD ON TV features popular TV theme songs and game show medleys that include The Dick Van Dyke Show, The Price is Right, I Dream of Jeannie, Family Feud and Charlie's Angels. A good old fashioned sing-along will also have audience members snapping their fingers along to such classics asThe Addams Family, Gilligan's Island, Green Acres and many more. It's a grin-inducing programme-with surprises galore- of favourite TV themes and songs!
