TLC has postponed their month-long European tour because of T-Boz's neck injury. The tour was supposed to start in a month.
The band broke the news on their Facebook page today with the following post from Bill Diggins from Diggit Entertainment Group:
"TLC is confirming today that the European leg of their World Tour has unfortunately been postponed. The European leg of the tour was scheduled to begin on October 16 in Hamburg, Germany and conclude on November 16 in Birmingham, UK.
After performing in front of over 200,000 fans in N. America on a very successful run of dates in the US this summer, T-Boz injured her neck and is suffering from severe physical pain that has impacted her ability to perform at this time. The cervical disc problems in her spine have advanced to the point of having significant pain due to nerve compression. She is currently working with her orthopedic surgeon who recommended the postponement. TLC are very disappointed that they have to wait to perform in front of their European fans. TLC would like to thank all of their fans across Europe for their continued support and understanding and look forward to seeing them in 2018.
As the tour is currently working on rescheduling the European dates, fans should return their tickets to point of purchase for a full refund.
T-Boz said "Chilli and I are very disappointed that we have been left with no choice but to postpone our debut European tour. We would like to thank our fans for staying so loyal and ensure them we will be back just as soon as we can reschedule."
We are sending our well wishes to T-Boz! Here's to a speedy recovery!
