THE DEAN MARTIN & JERRY LEWIS TRIBUTE SHOW Set for PTPA, 11/1

Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts (PTPA) is proud to present "The Martin & Lewis Tribute Show," an uncanny tribute that pays homage to American comedy legends, Dean Martin & Jerry Lewis, on Sunday, Nov. 1, at 3 p.m.

In April 2012, Australian performer Tony Lewis placed a long distance phone call to Las Vegas after watching Long Island native Tom Stevens perform as Dean Martin on the popular streaming video platform YouTube. They talked about teaming up, and little did they know that their plan would come to fruition just a year later. Lewis and Stevens immediately "clicked" and headed on an international tour that brought them to Australia and then back to the United States, eventually leading to appearances on national television. Tony Lewis and Tom Stevens' path mirrored very closely to that of comedy duo Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis.

Lewis and Stevens quickly became an act in demand. Never have two artists captured the very essence and chemistry of the celebrities they perform as have Lewis and Stevens. These two incredible performers have each had their own success stories, very much like Martin and Lewis.

Tony Lewis spent over 27 years performing throughout Australia and has created a name for himself as the most talented and authentic Jerry Lewis tribute artist. His one man show has sold out countless venues, and earned him the respect as one of Australia's best entertainers.

Tom Stevens has earned himself the title of "The Best Dean Martin Tribute Artist" since his first appearance at the Dean Martin Festival in 1998. Even Dean Martin's daughter Deana Martin Griffeth has said, "I've never seen anybody look and sound more like my Daddy." Stevens has spent the last 11 years in Las Vegas mesmerizing audiences with his extraordinary tributes to over 100 celebrities, in addition to Martin.

Together, Lewis and Stevens are undeniably a one-of-a-kind show that will make you feel as though Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis are performing together again right before your eyes. Not only does "The Martin & Lewis Tribute Show" bring back memories to the Martin & Lewis era, but it will also entertain a whole new generation of fans who will grow to respect the talents of these two tribute artists.
