Styline launches his new label The Power House by dropping an absolute juggernaut of a collaboration with Brazilian star Raul Mendes.
The pair's reworking of 'Mas Que Nada' - featuring the iconic vocal that any music fan worth their salt will immediately recognise - is a no-holds-barred fusion of Styline's big, rolling basslines and Mendes' sizzling, trademark Brazilian flare, the pair working perfectly together to create an unapologetic, peak-time dancefloor destroyer.

Talking about the importance of the Mas Que Nada vocal, Mendes said "In Brazil (Mas Que Nada) is a song that brings joy and our take works great for any dancefloor. From Carnival parties to weddings, Mas Que Nada gets it done!"
"It's a brilliant blend of our styles," Styline added, speaking from his studio in Bali. "Raul gave the track some of his Latin groove vibes and taken together with my signature Power House sound, 'Mas Que Nada' is the perfect debut single for the label."
Adding to the package is a timely remix by Kid Massive, who was a "natural fit" accordingly to Styline. Delivering a jackin' edit that rounds out the package, it was an instinctive piece of production from the British producer: "Styline initially played me the original at his studio and instantly I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it. I got him to give me the stems and within a pretty short space of time I had the remix done."
"The original had all the elements of what I'm looking for in house music," he continued. "It's got to be jackin', it's got to be funky, it's got to have a vocal, it's got to be uplifting, it has to have energy. It can't be too big, or too heavy. I come from house music and that's what Oskar (Styline) and this track represent for me."
Jackin', funky, uplifting and energetic are all buzzwords for Styline's The Power House imprint, 'Mas Que Nada' providing a perfect statement of intent for the new label's direction. A platform for finding, supporting and promoting music and producers who fit with Styline's vision, it's a move that's been a long time coming for the rising star. Driving his unique brand of energising, up front house in clubs and at festivals around the world since 2015, he swiftly made a name for himself and already counts some of electronic music's biggest acts as regular supporters - Axwell / Ingrosso, David Guetta, Danny Howard, Kryder and Hardwell to mention just a few.
"Finally taking the step in starting an imprint for my own music alongside other great artists with signature sounds, I really think this is the right thing to do," Styline said. "We're really excited to bring more artists onto our imprint and to really represent what Power House stands for - high energy, driving house music.
"We'll have releases complete with remixes once a month to begin with and then see how things go. In general I'm just excited to get out a label of our own style and to really create a proper home and hub for Power House and the artists pushing that sound."
