Star of the Stage Jacqueline Petroccia Releases Debut Album Image

One of the most versatile voices in entertainment, Jacqueline Petroccia, releases her highly anticipated double EP "Champagne and Moonshine," Petroccia's debut solo album. Collaborators on the album include musician royalty from Music City, including members of the Nashville Symphony, and the Grammy® and Country Music Award-winning Rascal Flatts, and Broadway Musician Brent Frederick. The album is available online through CD Baby (physical copy), Amazon, and iTunes.

Recorded live, with special permission, at the legendary and historic Quonset Hut on Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee, "Champagne & Moonshine" features the versatility of Petroccia's "velvet" voice. Classically trained (Belt/Legit Soprano), she has become a national sensation for her authentic portrayal of Patsy Cline (Contralto) in SOLD OUT performances of "Always... Patsy Cline." Theatres across the country have broken sales records with audiences clamoring to have a chance to hear and witness what critics raved about, including the St. Louis Post-Dispatch "Petroccia makes each note sound as if it's lined in dark velvet-which is how practically nobody else, apart from Cline, has ever made them sound..."

"Champagne & Moonshine," with music arrangements by Frederick, is a reflection of Petroccia's sought after vocal range. The first EP, "Champagne," features a big band sound appropriate for any ballroom or supper club, including an original arrangement mix "Crazy/Crazy He Calls Me," and "Mambo Italiano." The second EP, "Moonshine," features new country music hits, and her original debut single "Your Name in Lights," written by Brandon Hood, Hillary Lee Lindsey, and Troy Verges. Complete song list(s) at the end of the release.

Petroccia commented on her self-produced debut album, "I have been honored over the years with the amount of requests from audiences for an album. It was always something I wanted to do, but it had to be just right for my debut album; I was conflicted on whether the direction should be a big band or a country sound, since I love performing all of it. Then my co-producer, Doug Sarrett, came up with the brilliant idea of doing both. Now whether audiences have heard my performance of Patsy, or they have seen me in the New York Philharmonic's production of Sweeney Todd, there is an EP for them."

She continued, "I am so proud of this album and it wouldn't have been possible without the support of my fans and the collaborations of the many gifted musicians and the incredible production team." The album was produced by Jacqueline Petroccia and Joseph Richards (Executive Producers), and Brent Frederick and Doug Sarrett (Producers). Recorded, mixed, and mastered by Doug Sarrett. All songs arranged by Brent Frederick (except "Crazy/Crazy He Calls Me" and "Sin Wagon," arranged by Jacqueline Petroccia and Brent Frederick). All orchestrations, music preparation, and pre-production by Brent Frederick.
