Spoon Adds Dozen of Dates to North American Tour

Following the release of their ninth studio album Hot Thoughts (Matador Records), Spoon has added dozens of tour dates to the North American leg of their tour. Tickets for all dates except Savannah are on sale Friday at 10am local time.
