Sony Music Signs West End Rising Star Natasha

Natasha first came to the public's attention last summer when she stepped into the role of Fanny Brice for the West End run of Funny Girl at the Savoy Theatre, becoming a 5 star critical wonder - the Daily Telegraph calling her 'a sensation in her own right... She has a charisma and twinkling mischief that's irresistible', and from the Daily Mail, 'An exceptional lead performance'. She is currently in the studio recording her debut album which is set for release later this year - in the main, original songs to showcase her uniquely expressive voice, coupled with some unexpected classics inspired by her love of trawling through vintage record stores.

Sony Music is renowned for its stage-superstar history with a back catalogue including Julie Andrews, Leonard Bernstein, Kristin Chenoweth, and the original Funny Girl, Barbra Streisand.

This signing caps an incredible year for Natasha, who overnight became a West End leading lady - her performance in Funny Girl was swiftly followed by the title role in the Palladium's all-star Cinderella at Christmas. She is currently reprising the role of Fanny Brice on a major national tour, and will be appearing at Stoke Regent Theatre (28 March - 1 April); His Majesty's Aberdeen (10 - 15 April); New Victoria Theatre Woking (24 - 29 April); Marlowe Theatre Canterbury (2 - 6 May); Glasgow King's Theatre (30 May - 3 June); Nottingham Theatre Royal (12 - 17 June); Norwich Theatre Royal (26 June - 1 July); Venue Cymru Llandudno (18 - 22 July); Wolverhampton Grand (24 - 29 July), and Plymouth Theatre Royal (1 - 5 August).
