Sirius XM Radio Announces Special July 4th Programming

Sirius XM Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI) announced today that it will present special 4(th) of July programming across its music, talk and sports channels.

SiriusXM listeners will hear live performances, concerts, interviews, and specials on various commercial-free music channels.

The entire SiriusXM July 4 programming schedule can be found at www.siriusxm.com/4thofJuly. SiriusXM programming is available via satellite, as well as through the SiriusXM Internet Radio app for smartphones and other connected devices as well as at www.siriusxm.com.

Music:

SiriusXMHits 1 (channel 2):
Selena Gomez hosts a special edition of SiriusXM Hits 1's "Weekend Countdown" and new music show "Hit-Bound."
Thursday, July 4 at 5:00 pm (debut of "Weekend Countdown") and 8:00 pm ET (debut of "Hit-Bound").

The Blend (channel 16):
"SiriusXM's Town Hall with Cher" will feature Cher answering questions from a studio audience about her upcoming and highly anticipated album, including the single Woman's World.
Thursday, July 4 at 10:00 am and 6:00 pm ET.

The Highway (channel 59):
The Highway will broadcast The Band Perry's concert live with the Nashville Symphony at Riverfront Park in Nashville, Tennessee.
Thursday, July 4 at 9:25 pm ET.

Electric Area (channel 52):
Electric Area presents the Best of Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas. SiriusXM listeners will hear DJ sets by Avicii, Armin van Buuren, Hardwell, Calvin Harris, Carnage, Steve Angello, R3hab, Sander van Doorn and Nicky Romero.

Heart & Soul (channel 48):
Heart & Soul will broadcast live from the annual Essence Music Festival from New Orleans. SiriusXM listeners will hear various interviews with special guests Tamia, Charlie Wilson, Deborah Cox, Jody Watley, Ralph Tresvant & Johnny Gill of New Edition and others stopping by the live broadcast.

World renowned salsa band Grupo Niche presents an exclusive the world premiere of Tocando el Cielo con las Manos. The two-part special includes a track-by-track tour of the album before its official release and a live performance of the 14-member band at the SiriusXM studios. Known for their fast tempos, aggressive trumpets and socially-conscious lyrics, the highly anticipated album comes almost a year after the sudden death of the group's beloved founder, Jairo Varela.
