Indie pop singer-songwriter Giselle, who has opened for Jordin Sparks and wrote and sang several songs on Season 5 of the Emmy award winning FX comedy "Louie," has released her brand new music video for "My Heart Goes...," the new single off her debut EP "Change Me." To view the video, go to her YouTube channel.

Directed by Mason Beggs (who regularly directs for Art House in New Jersey and teaches at The New School in New York City), the video can be described as a trailer park fantasy. Backed by the vocals of Gisele, "My Heart Goes..." is about the feelings of innocent love and infatuation and the sense of not being able to communicate that. It's a fun, carefree song with a modern 60s vibe.

Giselle has performed at top-tier venues including Carnegie Hall, The Bitter End, Rockwood Music Hall and Mercury Lounge and her music is available on iTunes, Spotify, and Amazon.

Upcoming Shows:

August 20, 2016: New York, NY - Rockwood Music Hall (free)

August 21, 2016: Asbury Park, NJ - Stone Pony

September 10, 2016: New York, NY - Watermark (free)

Giselle was born in Miami, FL to Cuban immigrants. Her family's taste in predominantly Latin music, jazz, & oldies, combined with her own love of classical music and pop culture inspired her music evolution. Giselle became immersed with music, taking private lessons in voice and various instruments. A voice teacher gave Giselle her first ticket to the opera Tosca, which fueled her passion to pursue operatic training and ultimately led to her pursuit of a vocal performance degree at a conservatory Miami, FL. Feeling caged in by the academic environment, Giselle packed her bags and moved to New York City.

Her vocal style evolved as she began charting new territories as a songwriter. After a chance meeting with mixing and audio engineer Adam Tilzer during a recording session, Giselle began working on her debut EP, "Change Me." Tilzer is the engineer for the Emmy award winning FX comedy "Louie" and on the first day of recording the music for Season 5, Adam overheard Louis C.K. ask for an opera singer. Giselle received a phone call from Adam to be at Avatar Studios. Afterwards, she was asked to come back and sing and write an array of genres on five episodes of Season 5.

Giselle narrowed her focus to songwriting and assisting Tilzer with the production of her original music in order to bring her creative vision to life. "Change Me" combines her confidence and emotional intellect with her diverse abilities as a vocalist. The release of her debut EP "Change Me" is a rebuff to all the attempts to alter her as an artist and an illustration of her evolution as a person and musician.
