Singer-Songwriter Eli Lev Debuts Crowd Sourced Music Video Featuring 50 Fans From Around The Globe

Washington D.C. based singer-songwriter Eli Lev illustrates the unifying power of music, making the world a smaller place one song at a time. Eli creates inspirational music by infusing a message of unity through his heartfelt lyrics. His uplifting songs and emotionally resonant melodies captivate fans across the country, as he plays to diverse crowds at venues from coast-to-coast. On the verge of his first national tour, and in anticipation of his 2nd EP, Way Out West, Lev hopes to expand on his belief in the power of music in his new video for his recent single "Chasing Daylight."

Embodying his belief in the communal power of music, Lev decided against featuring himself as the main focus of his new video. He explains, "When I've been on the road, and I can't speak the language, I've always been able to play a song and suddenly everyone's singing and dancing. There's a connection there, and, in that instant, there is a community." Eli expands on this connection with his new video for "Chasing Daylight," using submissions from fans singing along to the song, editing the videos together in one continuous cut to the recorded track. The response to Eli's request for submissions was overwhelming- responses immediately began pouring in from all over the world, including South Africa, France, Lebanon, Canada, and every region of the United States.

Eli Lev hopes to expand on the momentum and enthusiasm behind this new, crowdsourced video during his upcoming US tour, kicking off in the second week of November. He can be seen performing at Rockwood Music Hall in NYC on Wednesday, November 14th, and in his hometown, Washington, DC on Friday, December 28th at Pearl Street Warehouse, where he will be releasing his second EP, Way Out West.
