Media personality Shefik (http://shefik.info) has signed a worldwide music distribution deal with Emmy nominated and Grammy nominated composer and recording artist William Goldstein, and his record company New Gold Music. Under the terms of the deal, Shefik will release a series of albums via The Orchard, a company wholly owned by Sony Music Entertainment. The first album in the series is slated for release in Fall 2017.
Shefik is the Executive Producer and Host of the nationally syndicated, multiple award-winning terrestrial radio show "Shefik presents Invocation" (
http://invocation.co). The show is currently broadcast on 22 terrestrial radio stations and frequencies throughout the United States. Guests of the radio show have included 2-time Oscar nominee and Grammy Award winner Siedah Garrett, 5-time Grammy Award winner Dionne Warwick, 13-time Latin Grammy Award winner Alvaro Alencar, and Tony Award winner Melba Moore.
Many of the recording artists and musicians who have appeared on "Shefik presents Invocation" will be featured on the albums to be released, of which Shefik will also appear as a lyricist and performer. He will also serve as Executive Producer of the albums and provide creative direction.

Architect and Senior Web Developer, he has held senior-level positions at many Fortune 500 companies and celebrated brands, including IBM, NBCUniversal, MTV World, Merriam-Webster, and Merck. As a videographer and producer, his work has been featured in television broadcasts and video productions for TIME Magazine, The
Washington Center, "Unsung" (TV One), and Broadway World. Additionally, his photography has been featured in print and online publications, such as Harvard
Kennedy School Magazine, Playbill, and China Press.
Goldstein was previously a recording artist for Motown Records and CBS Masterworks. He has over 50 albums currently available. He has also scored over 50 movie and television projects, including NBC's "Fame" and Disney's "The
Miracle Worker", as well as written on the arts for The New York Times and The Los
Angeles Times. He was a pioneer in the use of computers and electronic instruments in music. His most distinguishing characteristic as a composer and pianist is his gift of "Instant Composition", which he shares with audiences through master classes, recitals, and albums.
