Superstar recording artists Jennifer Hudson, Ryan Adams, Kane Brown and Julia Michaels have been added as special performers on the star-studded season finale of NBC's four-time Emmy Award-winning musical competition series "The Voice," airing Tuesday, May 22 (9-11 p.m. ET/PT).

One of the four finalists - Spensha Baker from Team Blake, Britton Buchanan from Team Alicia, Brynn Cartelli from Team Kelly and Kyla Jade from Team Blake - will be crowned the winner.

The season finale will feature special musical collaborations with the Top 4 finalists and renowned musicians from across all genres.

Academy Award winner and Grammy Award-winning platinum recording artist Jennifer Hudson will make a special appearance on "The Voice" stage before her return as a coach next season. Hudson will perform "I Know Where I've Been" with her former back-up singer Kyla Jade.

Grammy-nominated and critically acclaimed singer/songwriter Ryan Adams will perform his single "To Be Without You" with Britton Buchanan. "To Be Without You" is from Adams' latest album, "Prisoner."

Record-breaking multi-platinum country artist Kane Brown returns to "The Voice" to perform his double-platinum No. 1 hit song "What Ifs" with Spensha Baker.

Grammy-nominated and multi-platinum selling artist Julia Michaels will perform a medley of her Grammy-nominated smash hit "Issues" and new single "Jump" (feat. Triple Redd) with Brynn Cartelli. Michaels also served as a Battle Adviser to Team Adam earlier this season.

Additionally, on tonight's live telecast (8-10 p.m. ET/PT), Cartelli will perform her original single "Walk My Way," which was co-written by Michaels.

Previously announced performers include Jason Aldean, James Bay, Kane Brown, Florence + the Machine, Halsey featuring Big Sean, Dua Lipa and season 13 winner Chloe Kohanski.

On the Live Finale, Part 1, airing tonight, the final four artists perform live in front of coaches Kelly Clarkson, Alicia Keys, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton. Each finalist performs three times - one new solo cover, a special duet with their coach and they debut their first original single. One of the four artists will be a step closer to being named "The Voice." Then on the Live Finale, Part 2, airing Tuesday, May 22 (9-11 p.m. ET/PT), a new winner will be crowned "The Voice."

ABOUT JENNIFER HUDSON

Jennifer Hudson, a true multi-hyphenate talent, won the Academy Award in 2007 for her performance in the smash hit "Dreamgirls," an adaptation of the Broadway musical. Her breakout film performance also earned her a Golden Globe Award, Screen Actors Guild Award, BAFTA and NAACP Image Award. Hudson quickly followed with her self-titled album debut, for which she won her first Grammy Award for Best R & B Album. The RIAA platinum-certified album entered Billboard's Top 200 at No. 2. Her sophomore album, "I Remember Me," also debuted on Billboard's Top 10, as did her third album, "JHUD," which featured the Grammy-nominated track "It's Your World." Hudson went on to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for music and perform for such dignitaries as President Obama and the Pope. In 2015 Hudson won a Grammy for Best Musical Theatre Album for her performance in the Broadway revival of "The Color Purple." In addition to her continued film and television work, Hudson has served as a coach on both the U.S. and U.K. versions of "The Voice."

ABOUT RYAN ADAMS
Ryan Adams has released roughly 15 studio albums beginning with his 2000 debut album as a solo artist, "Heartbreaker," named one of Rolling Stone's 50 best albums of that decade. In addition to last year's acclaimed "Prisoner" and his self-titled, double-Grammy-nominated 2014 album, Adams' catalogue includes "Ashes & Fire," "Easy Tiger," "Cold Roses," "Jacksonville City Nights," "Love Is Hell," and his 2001 major label debut "Gold," which features "When Stars Go Blue," quoted in Stephen King's "Lisey's Story." Adams is also CEO of his own PAX-AM label and has also produced albums for Jenny Lewis, Fall Out Boy, Willie Nelson, and collaborated with Norah Jones, Cowboy Junkies, Beth Orton and many others.

ABOUT KANE BROWN

Breakthrough country star Kane Brown broke onto the scene and topped the Billboard Top Country Albums for 11 weeks with his platinum-selling self-titled debut effort, earning him the best new artist country debut of the past three years and setting a record as the only artist in Billboard history to simultaneously top all five country charts. A three-time Billboard Award nominee and double ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS (ACM) nominee this year, Brown's current single, the platinum-selling "Heaven," is currently No. 1. "Heaven" has held the No. 1 slot for more than seven weeks on Nielsen's on Demand Audio Core Country Streaming chart and is Brown's third track to achieve platinum or multi-platinum certification. "Heaven" follows Brown's ACM-nominated, breakthrough No. 1 multi-platinum single "What Ifs" featuring Lauren Alaina, which was 2018's No. 1 most-streamed country song. The 24-year-old singer/songwriter has garnered over 1 billion on-demand audio and video streams, including 81 million views for "Heaven." Brown continues to break records - from his "Chapter 1" EP (2016), which was the highest-debuting country EP of the Nielsen SoundScan era to his No. 1 debut album "Kane Brown," which became the sole country album released since December 2016 to receive RIAA platinum certification status and the only country album to achieve 11 weeks at No. 1 in the same time period.

ABOUT JULIA MICHAELS

Since emerging in 2015, Grammy Award-nominated and multi-platinum selling artist Julia Michaels has transformed pop not only from behind the scenes as a songwriter whose credits span everyone from Justin Bieber to Selena Gomez, but in the spotlight as a solo artist. Her rapid RISE can be attributed to identifiable honesty in every lyric. Within just a year since arrival, she garnered 2018 Grammy nominations in the categories of Best New Artist and Song of the Year for "Issues." That honesty is also why "Issues" received a triple-platinum certification from the RIAA, cracked 1 billion global streams and consumption of 10 million, became the top-selling debut single by any artist in 2017, and placed on Variety's "30 Most Consumed Songs of 2017" as the only solo female contribution. It's why the industry recognized her with nominations everywhere from American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, Teen Choice Awards, RDMA's to the MTV VMAs and MTV EMAs. Michaels continues to shine on stage well. Following sold-out shows alongside Shawn Mendes and Niall Horan overseas, she embarks on her first official U.S. tour, joining Maroon 5 for the "Red Pill Blues Tour" beginning this June. Her new single, "Jump" (featuring Triple Redd), is from her anxiously awaited full-length album coming soon on Republic Records.

The Monday and Tuesday editions of "The Voice" are the #1 and #2 alternative series of the 2017-18 season to date in both adults 18-49 and total viewers, and have combined to average a 2.6 rating in adults 18-49 and 12.1 million viewers overall in "live plus seven day" ratings from Nielsen Media Research. The current spring cycle opened on Feb. 26 with the show's highest results in the past 12 months in both 18-49 (a 3.5 rating in L+7) and total viewers (14.8 million).

"The Voice" is a presentation of MGM Television, Talpa Media USA Inc. and Warner Horizon Unscripted & Alternative Television. The series was created by John de Mol, who serves as executive producer along with Mark Burnett, Audrey Morrissey, Chad Hines, Amanda Zucker, Kyra Thompson and Stijn Bakkers.
