Scott Alan Set for 'On Air with Tony Sweet' & 'SIRUIS XM Live on Broadway'

On January 14th Scott Alan will be a special guest on the "On Air with Tony Sweet" radio program. This will be Alan's second time appearing on Tony's show. Tony will also be interviewing Bravo tv's Jackie Warner (Thintervention). The live show airs between 6- 8pm PT. To stream the show, or for more information, visit HERE.

Then, on January 26th, Alan will be taping an interview feature on SIRUIS XM Live on Broadway. Each week, Broadway fans are invited to SIRIUS XM Live on Broadway with host Seth Rudetsky to watch live interviews and performances with their favorite Broadway stars at the Broadway Concierge & Ticket Center. Alan will be joined by musical director Jesse Vargas and a very special guest to perform a live song from 'What I Wanna Be When I Grow Up.' Taping begins at 12pm ET. Scott Alan wrote the book, music and lyrics for the musical Detour in Los Angeles. Since returning to New York City seven years ago, many of Broadway's elite have sung his music, including Liz Callaway, Shoshana Bean, Adriane Lenox, Sutton Foster, Stephanie J. Block, Julia Murney, Cheyenne Jackson, Megan Hilty, Norm Lewis, Eden Espinosa and more, all of which can be found on his debut CD, Dreaming Wide Awake, and his follow up CD, Keys, which are both available on his website and iTunes. He has sold out concert venues in New York City (Birdland, The Duplex Cabaret Theatre and The Laurie Beechman Theatre), London (West End's The Duchess Theatre), Los Angeles (Upright Cabaret on Vermont) and San Francisco (The Rrazz Room). His current Theatre Projects include Piece , which was featured at the 2003 Palo Alto TheatreWorks festival, 2005 NAMT Festival and 2006 Seattle Theatre Festival and The Warmth of the Womb, a new song cycle.
