The highly anticipated second album of Sarah Bernstein Unearthish features the acclaimed New York violinist/vocalist/composer with master percussionist Satoshi Takeishi. Crazy Lights Shining showcases Bernstein's distinctive poetry in compositions that deftly integrate song, spoken word, groove, post-tonality, improvisation, and electronic processing. The nine pieces, ranging from minimalist pop to free jazz poetry to complex ballads, are united by the performance of the text and the duo's deep musical interplay.
