According to Billboard, breakout star SZA's debut album, CTRL has been named certified platinum by RIAA. The album was released last summer. Read more about the accomplishment here, from Billboard.

Solána Imani Rowe, known professionally by SZA, is an American R&B singer and songwriter. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri, later relocating to Maplewood, New Jersey.

This has been a breakout year for SZA, including a recent performance on SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE, five 2018 Grammy nominations, a headlining tour, and two Soul Train Music Awards. SZA is also featured on Marvel/Disney's BLACK PANTHER soundtrack with her track ALL THE STARS with Kendrick Lamar.
