Rootfire, Deuterman Productions, and Ineffable Live are returning for the second year to Cocoa, FL with Rootfire At The Park, a music and lifestyle festival that hosts exceptional music, and thoughtful details to make a day outside better. In addition to pickup soccer, yoga, craft food vendors, and family-friendly activities, Rootfire offers discounted tickets to anyone who rides a bike. The event will take place on November 10th - 12th at the scenic Cocoa Riverfront Park in Cocoa, FL. Headliners include Michael Franti & Spearhead, Shaggy, Citizen Cope, Charles Bradley & His Extraordinaires, Hippo Campus, and Tarrus Riley. Early bird GA, early bird VIP, and discounted tickets for biking to the event are on sale now here.

Rootfire At The Park is not just a music festival that focuses on presenting a well-curated musical lineup, it's an active lifestyle event that provides a fully immersive outdoor experience for family and friends, both old and new. On the events schedule is a soccer garden party for all ages hosted by Mill Valley Soccer Club and yoga (for all levels) every day before the music kicks-off. Kids and adults can enjoy the refreshing splash pad and kids ages 12 and under are free when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Other details extend beyond these activities and include free sunscreen, games, and a kid-zone. The event will also highlight craft vendors who create thoughtful food and local vendors who keep the energy close to home. In the beverage world, the term craft is extended to not only cover quality beer and wine, but to also offer a place to enjoy other beverages ranging from kombucha to kava kava, and more.

Now in its second year in Cocoa, FL, Rootfire At The Park is expanding to a three-day festival. This will be the lifestyle brand's fifth event, starting from humble beginnings as an afterparty for the California Roots Festival in 2015, to the recent Rootfire In The Emerald City festival in Seattle, WA (July 2017). Reid Foster, General Manager of Rootfire, enthusiastically states, "We are excited to be returning to Cocoa, FL, and inviting more people to enjoy elements of our daily lives in the setting a three-day festival. Think riding bicycles, playing pickup soccer, and eating local food, all within the context of the music we love and the community we live in."

Proceeds from the festival support Rootfire Cooperative, a record label that empowers artists to create, market and distribute music with interest freemicro-loans. Still within the first year, they have released six albums -- all have reached #1 on the Billboard Reggae Chart or iTunes Reggae Chart. By breaking down barriers between labels, management teams and artists, Rootfire Cooperative gives artists the funding they need to create up front, and work with the producers and engineers that will help construct the highest quality iteration of their vision possible.

Stay tuned for more information and announcements at Rootfire.net. Check out the official event page and read Foster's description of what the day will look like.
