Rising Country star and Australia native Morgan Evans has released the video for his brand new song 'American', which features footage captured from his hugely successful 10 in 10 tour across the US.
Evans completed a coast-to-coast trek, performing for fans in ten American cities and sold out headline shows in Los Angeles, Atlanta and New York City. Recounting the whirlwind journey, Evans opened up with exclusive details on the tour to
PEOPLE.com.
The track is an ode to an American girl that makes the U.S. feel like home and is another sneak peek at Evans' debut album with Warner Music Nashville / Warner Bros. Records, due out this autumn.
It follows on from the release of the upbeat, feel-good track
'Day Drunk', which he recently shared the personal, self-shot video for, featuring himself and wife
Kelsea Ballerini on holiday in Hawaii.
The singer-songwriter's debut U.S. single
'Kiss Somebody' has already reached the Top 5 at Country radio and went into the Top 10 on the iTunes all-genre Top Songs chart following his high-profile performance on ABC's hit romance reality series
The Bachelorette.
Evans is continuing to play throughout the summer and has announced he will perform at the 12th annual ACM Honors on Wednesday August 22nd, before hitting the road with
Chris Young as a special guest on the Losing Sleep 2018 World tour.
Already a bona fide Country force in Australia and now the US, Evans is also cementing himself as a rising star in the UK after returning for a third time to play at this year's C2C festival in both London and Glasgow, receiving rave reactions from fans.
With his highly anticipated debut album in production, with more information to be released soon,
Morgan Evans is set to return to UK soil very soon.
