This Friday, November 25th, Warner Bros. Records will celebrate Record Store Day's "Black Friday"by releasing a series of vinyl singles and albums especially for the occasion.

Warner Bros. Records remains a proud official sponsor of Record Store Day and as previously announced, we have some exclusive titles available only at Independent Record Stores that carry them. This Friday, we will release these delightful, limited edition vinyl treasures:

Gary Clark Jr.: "The Healing" Live / "Church" Live; 10" 45 RPM vinyl single. Limited to 3,000 copies.
These are live, solo, acoustic versions of these two tracks from Clark's most recent album The Story of Sonny Boy Slim. Both cuts recorded for Showtime's acclaimed series Roadies, directed by Cameron Crowe. These tracks are previously unreleased and exclusive to RSD.

The Regrettes: "Marshmallow World"; 7" Marshmallow-scented vinyl. Limited to 3,000 copies.
"Marshmallow World," was originally written in 1949 by Carl Sigman & Peter DeRose and though recorded by countless artists, perhaps the best loved version was a Christmas hit for Darlene Love (one-time member of The Ronnettes) in 1963. This might be the best version yet?

The Wild Feathers: Live at the Ryman; 12" colored vinyl album. Limited to 3,000 copies.
Nashville's favorite sons captured at their electric best during their triumphant, sold-out homecoming show at the prestigious Ryman Auditorium, marking the final date of the tour in support of their acclaimed current album Lonely Is A Lifetime.

And from Nonesuch...

Conor Oberst: "Afterthought" b/w "Tachycardia" 7" black vinyl. Limited Edition
This Black Friday-exclusive 7" vinyl features a new full-band recording of the Ruminations track "Tachycardia," paired with "Afterthought," an unreleased track from the Ruminations recording sessions and pressed at Record Industry.

Also being released on November 25th but not part of RSD's Black Friday will be Neil Young's Official Release Series - Discs 8.5-12 (Box Set) via Reprise Records.Young's "Official Release Series" continues with the next set of chronological titles to include: Long May You Run (The Stills-Young Band - 1976), American Stars 'N Bars (1977), Comes A Time (1978), Rust Never Sleeps (1979), and Live Rust (1979). Each title has been remastered from the original Analog recordings by Bernie Grundman Masteringand pressed on 180 gram Audiophile black vinyl for the first time. These albums feature the historically accurate artwork by Young's long-time art director Gary Burden. Suffice to say, these albums sound superior to the original pressings and will go fast.

We hope you'll participate and celebrate Record Store Day's "Black Friday"this Friday, November 25th. Keep vinyl alive and honor the tradition of the local Independent Record Store!
